Grilled Salmon with Quinoa & Asparagus

If you are in the business of eating healthy,we’ve got you covered. This is our Lime & Ginger glazed Salmon. Today we feature it with a quinoa pilaf and lemon scented asparagus. the marinade  is simple,there’s  fresh grated ginger, lime zest, low sodium soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic. This all compliments the salmon well but doesn’t overpower it.

If you’ve never had quinoa you are missing out on all the fun! With 7 grams of protein per serving, our quinoa today has sunflower seeds, cucumbers, carrots, mint and fresh basil.
